The perfect mixture of creamy and spicy, this is a surefire way to impress anybody, and a great way to spice up the start of 2022!

LIST OF INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cinnamon stick
1 piece of star anise
1 lb beef chuck, cut into chunks
1 cup coconut cream
2-3 cups of tamarind water, add more if needed
Water, as needed
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp S&B La-yu Chili Oil
1 tsp Tae-Kyung Red Chili Powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp cumin seed powder
2 tsp brown sugar
½ cup dried desiccated coconut, toasted
Fresh coriander leaves, as garnish
For the Spice Mixture:
1 white onion, peeled and quartered
3 garlic cloves, peeled
2 fresh red chilies, stems removed
2 tbsp fresh lemongrass, white parts only, diced
1 ½ inch fresh ginger, peeled
