Their Birria Quesotaco was an 8.3. The adobe leans hard on sweet. Almost like a cinnamon sweet; however, savory and delicious. There is a mouth feel when hitting the crunchy taco. Their red salsa by itself not the greatest, but provides plenty of synergy as a whole.
