IEBC Chairman Wanyonyi Chebukati says the commission will reject plans by any party to establish a parallel tallying centre.
Chebukati argues that all agents will be given copies of signed result slips for verification and there is no need to have parallel
tallying centres. This coming a day after NASA principal Raila Odinga announced that the coalition will announce parallel results during the elections.
