Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm || Ultrasound || Doppler || Case 139
Clinical Features:
- A 50 years old male patient came with a pulsatile central abdominal lump for 5 years.
Ultrasound Features:
- A fusiform aneurysmal dilatation of the infrarenal abdominal aorta with luminal irregular mural thrombi.
- No retroperitoneal hematoma or para-aortic fat stranding.
- Color Doppler shows the Yin-Yang pattern.
- To & fro flow is seen on Pulsed Doppler.
