Here is the short version of how to clean your camera sensor.
***AT YOUR OWN RISK****

You will need a lens pen (brush), a rocket blower (or similar) and Full Frame sensor swab kit

Method:
Take your lens off and fit body cap.
Brush outside of your camera and around the lens mount
Remove body cap, point mount at floor and use rocket blower
Swab sensor from left to right.
Flip swab over
Swab sensor again IN THE SAME DIRECTION.
Replace body cap.

Job done.
