Karnaval memperingati hari Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia ke 74 yang di gelar oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kota Lhokseumawe yang dilaksanakan oleh Dinas Pendidikan, Pemuda dan Olah Raga Kota Lhokseumawe di Lapangan Hira' pusat Kota Lhokseumawe ini yang dilepas langsung oleh Bapak Walikota Lhokseumawe Suaidi Yahya yang didampingi Muspika Plus.

Peserta yang mengikuti pawai karnaval budaya tahun ini yang bertemakan SDM UNGGUL INDONESIA MAJU diikuti oleh peserta dari mulai tingkat TK hingga SMU sederajat sebanyak untuk tingkat TK sejumlah 58 Peserta, SD 48 Peserta, SMP 29 Peserta dan SMU sederajat 19 Peserta.

Pawai Karnaval budaya yang dilaksanakan setiap tahunnya ini banyak menyedot perhatian dari masyarakat dan antusias dari anak-anak peserta didik yang ingin merayakan Hari Kemerdekaan RI ke 74 tahun 2019.

Acara sukses dilaksanakan berkat dukungan dan partisipasi dari peserta dan masyarakat serta para orang tua murid dan ormas yang tergabung dalam satuan kepanitiannya pelaksanaan kegiatan pawai karnaval budaya ini.

The Carnival commemorates the 74th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia, which was held by the Lhokseumawe City Government, which was carried out by the Lhokseumawe City Education, Youth and Sports Agency on the Hira Square in the center of Lhokseumawe City which was released directly by the Mayor of Lhokseumawe Suaidi Yahya accompanied by Muspika Plus.

Participants who took part in this year's cultural carnival parade with the theme of HR MAJU INDONESIA MAJU were attended by participants ranging from kindergarten to high school as many as 58 kindergarten level participants, 48 ​​elementary school participants, 29 junior high school participants and 19 senior high school participants.

The annual Carnival Cultural Parade draws a lot of attention from the public and enthusiastic children of students who want to celebrate the 74th Republic of Indonesia Independence Day in 2019.

The event was successfully carried out thanks to the support and participation of the participants and the community as well as the parents of students and mass organizations who are members of the committee unit in carrying out this cultural carnival parade.
