Two guys, Dave and Mike, are sitting at a bar, nursing their beers...

Dave turns to Mike and says, "Man, I had this huge blowout with my girlfriend last night."

"Oh yeah? What happened?" asks Mike.

"Well, I was in the wrong, but I wasn't about to admit it without a fight. So, I stormed out of the room... "

"Needed to cool off, you know?" Dave explains.

Mike nods, "Been there, man. So, what'd you do?"

"After cooling off, I started feeling really guilty. I mean, I was clearly in the wrong, and it caused a lot of drama... "

"So, I decided to make it up to her," Dave continues.

"Smart move. What did you do?" asks Mike.

"I told her I'd buy her a gift. 'Anything at all, my love,' I said, really laying on the remorse," says Dave.

"And what did she say?" asks Mike.

Dave replies, "She told me to get her something really expensive that she didn't need."

"So, what'd you end up getting her?" Mike asks, taking another sip of his beer.

Dave says, "Well, I booked her on something really expensive that she doesn't need."

"A cruise?" asks Mike.

"No," replies Dave...

"Chemotherapy."
