The judge presiding over the trial of Nigerian pastor Timothy Omotoso has not allowed graphic questions asked by defence advocate, Peter Daubermann to the witness Cheryl Zondi saying they are unfair to her. Zondi is the first witness to testify in the trial which is underway in the Port Elizabeth High court in the Eastern Cape. Daubermann cross examined Zondi asking her about her role in the church and how she came to be in contact with the pastor.
