In this episode we introduce you to the Radial Gold Digger and Cherry Picker devices. The Gold Digger allows you to compare 4 different microphones on one preamplifier in order to get the best microphone for different sound sources. The Cherry Picker instead is built to make you compare 4 different microphone preamplifiers on the same microphone. This box can also be used to shootout 4 line level analogue chains (Dynamics or Eq. for instance) during mixdown. We will be using these devices extensively in the coming videos for gear shootouts.
