Hans Westlund is a Professor of Urban and Regional Studies at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden, and also Professor of Entrepreneurship at the Jönköping International Business School. His main topics or research are about entrepreneurship and local social capital, in various types of areas including rural ones, and also about the reflections on the “Post-urban Word”, which means the major evolutions in the relations between urban and rural areas in the contemporaneous word. He was organizer of the very successful 50th ERSA Congress in Jönköping in 2010. He will also be present as one of Keynote Speaker at ERSA Congress 2020 in Bolzano, Italy.
