In this upbeat rhythm play along, students will practice steady beat, quarter notes, eighth notes, and quarter rests. They can play along with bucket drums, rhythm sticks, or other percussion instruments.
In each section of the song, there is a different rhythm pattern that repeats 4 times with a countdown.
To add changes in timbre and make the play along more challenging, you could assign different stick motions (like click or hit the floor) or bucket drum patterns (using rim, middle, side) to each section.
