recipe Chicken Kondattom

ingredients

boneless chicken – 100 gm
chopped onion – ½ cup
chopped coriander leaves - 1tsp
chopped green chilly -1 tsp
minced ginger-garlic -1 tsp
crushed dry chilly- 1 tsp
chilly powder- ½ tsp
ginger-garlic paste -1 tsp
totmato paste -1 tsp
chicken masala-1/2 tsp
salt – as required
beated egg -2 tsp
turmeric powder – ½ tsp
soya sauce – 2 tsp
cashew powder-2 tsp


marination

Mix egg with rice powder ginger-garlic paste, chilly-turmeric powder,chicken masala and salt for 15 min.
Marinate the chicken with these mix
Drizzle lemon juice over it
Fry it

For masala

Heat oil
Add ginger-garlic,onion until brown,
Add green chilly, dry chilly, coriander leaves, tomato-soya sauce
Add the chicken in the masala
Add 3 tsp water to chicken softer
Add cashew powder in it
