You've heard about the Unified Namespace (UNS) and probably wondered if it was for real and if it was valuable.
In our second webinar on building our UNS, we showed the details of how it works so you could quickly understand the power of the UNS.
In the 1st webinar of this series, we modeled our equipment and planned our Unified Namespace (UNS).
In this webinar- we'll integrate our Ignition MES, and get data into and out of the UNS.
We'll use Ignitions Perspective and Vision tools to visualize the data, demonstrating how easy it is to connect to the UNS for subscribing to and storing data.
Ultimately you'll see how the UNS enables you to make data available to everyone in the plant with only a modest amount of work.
Future sessions will start to provide other capabilities and integrate other data systems, eventually making the UNS the powerful foundation a Manufacturer's Digital Transformation needs.
