More than 10 days in, the first images of the 41 workers trapped in a collapsed tunnel in India’s Uttarakhand region have emerged. A camera was inserted through a pipe drilled on Nov 20. The construction workers are alive and well, but there is no clarity on when they will be pulled out to safety. But the government said it is confident it will be able to pull the men out alive.
