Tempeh is protein rich and so versatile, it takes minutes to cook.
You can marinate and bake them, put them over salads, or stir fry.
That's what we do today.
Stir Fry Tempeh
Serves: 4 -5 people
Prep/Cook time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
3 Packs of Tempeh ( each pack is 7.5oz/525gr)
2 Big Shallots
3 Jalapeno peppers
1 Red Bell pepper
5 Cloves of garlic
4 Kaffir lime leaves
Oil for frying
1 tsp Salt to sprinkle over tempeh
Sauce ingredients:
1/2 tsp White pepper
2 TBSP Vegetarian oyster sauce (you use regular oyster sauce)
1 TBSP Sweet soy sauce
1 TBSP Tamarind concentrate
3 TBSP Water
*** If you like your dish saucy, double all of the amount above
