A different approach to stalling compared to Mashu stall...except that this one is highly RNG dependant on enemy AI. The general approach here is to cycle Iri's saves (Guts/Invincibility) and heal evenly, keeping HP high during turns where saves aren't available. Even so, Iri can still potentially be one turn KO by enemy Arash if he decides to attack 3 times and crit every hit. One important timing for this encounter is during 2 turns before Arash's 3rd NP. Because he will use his 3rd and 4th NP consecutively, Iri will want to ideally have guts buffed applied two before the 3rd NP, survive the turn in between with raw HP, generate NP gauge, be able to apply guts again right after the 3rd NP and have an invulnerability available to survive the turn right after the 4th NP.
30% defense up CE is the choice here to have some leverage against enemy AI RNG. For command codes, star gain is preferred for occasional arts card crit to refund more NP gauge and Tamamo cc is crucial here for setting up big heals to survive turns where there no guts/invulnerability is available. A grailed/lored Iri will have a much easier time dealing with the RNG damage output from enemy Arash.
