Here is the ending to the June localization prototype of Tetris Plus on the Sega Saturn.

The only difference from the final localized version is that, after the credits, the text says "After loading this data, you'll get a chance to play a reward stage: any of the 100 stages that you already cleared" instead of "After loading this data, you'll get a chance to play any of the 100 stage that you already cleared." (this difference is present in the July prototype as well)

I didn't complete this on one credit BTW. I just used save states at the beginning of each puzzle to quickly restart it if I screwed up.

EDIT: As it turns out, there's a typo at 0:30 that I completely missed. Oops.
