A candidate's degree from, say, Harvard, is great, but she will still need to take our mock tests for ISEE/SSAT/ACT/SAT and score in the 99th percentile on each before she has an opportunity to go through a rigorous interview process designed to separate dynamic, high energy, skilled teachers from introverted "test-taker types."
