Hi friends!
It has been a while since our last video. This is because we recently adopted a kitten. He is a British Shorthair (BSH) and his name is Mocha. It has been so much fun (and work) having this little guy around.
Today' recipe is Daifuku Mochi (大福餅), which is sweet mochi filled with red bean paste. As with most of our tutorials, this is super easy and can be made in a short time.
Ingredients (for 6 medium size mochi or 4 large size mochi):
- 110g glutinous rice
- 55g icing powder sugar
- 100 ml milk
- 125g red bean paste
- a little bit of cooking oil
