The fertilizer recommendation is a no soil test fertilizer rate that will get your brassica plot off to a great start for this late season planting.
Fertilizing and lime rate:
Pelletized lime: 400lbs / acre
Triple 19 (19 N, 19 K, 19 P): 200lbs / acre
Urea (46N, 0 K, 0 P): 150lbs / acre
If your soil does not run acidic, you may not need the lime. My soil is a sandy loam and has a pH that runs in the high 5s to low 6s without adding the lime.
