We dedicate this video in memory to the brave astronauts that gave their lives trying to further human knowledge about what lies outwith our Planet Earth.

Here we list what we thought were the 5 Haunting Space Disasters. From the Soyuz 11 mission which was the first successful space mission to board the Salyut 1 space station, to the Space Shuttle Challenger Disaster where the 7 crew members lost their lives due to a failure in the SRB O-Rings.

Although Apollo 13 was not a disaster in terms of loss of life, we believed that it was almost certain death had the 3 astronauts on board not worked so tirelessly to solve their problems and make it back to Earth
