The humans are brought before Optimus Prime, who fills them in on their presence and mission on Earth. The speech has obvious echoes of Movie Optimus Prime's first meeting with Sam in the first live-action film. It also conflicts with some things from WFC/Exodus.

Oh well.

So, we've got Peter Cullen and we've got Frank Welker. Will all the whingers complaining about the lack of "original voices" in TFA (and prior) now shut the hell up? Thank you.

BTW, if you get a chance and your computer can handle it, re-watch this in HD mode and check out the close-up shots of Optimus Prime's body and face; all the little details, the nicks, the chipped paint, the reflections and so on.
