No less than 40,000 spectators came to experience an action and entertainment packed weekend of trucking at the 2nd Round of the FIA European Truck Racing Championhship. Everything a truckers‘ heart longs for was taken care of in Bella Italia: lots of nerv-wrecking fights on the track, a huge exhibition area in the all open paddock showing heavy machinery, trucking equipment and the latest trends. The weather could not have been any better for the numerous trucks in the trucker camp. The sun and the trucks were each trying to outshine eachother. A perfect setting to continue the quest for the European Truck Racing Champion 2017. After Round 1 it seemed like a first indication was given, but cards got completely reshuffled during Round 2 in Italy.
