Today I made a mod that can turn player to a vampire and werewolf anytime. The mod can be over power from the start but we don't mind right. These rings are perfect if you want to start as a beast from the beginning without you having to do the companion and vampire quest all of that. To turn into were/vamp simply equip the ring or amulet and go to your power and trigger it. to turn back into human form when werewolf wait an hour or just unequip the ring. From vampire lord to human, use the revert form power to transform back to human.

Buffs when wearing vampire lord ring, Vampire touch gives you 20% melee damage with additional 5% magicka recovery. Ring of werewolf gives the player 25% werewolf claw damage plus your health will regenerate by 5% when in combat that is very useful it helps you fight more aggressively when receiving damage up close without worrying about dying, and running away waiting for your health to regenerate saves you some time. Oh also as you can see even from the beginning perks are functioning properly just make sure to download every updates.
