Not too hard at all. Much like the heavy, you need to stun this thing so you can shoot at the red tanks on his back.

This time, however, simply shoot at the containers above you once they are close to him. Anywhere on the container will do. If he's within a certain radius (rather forgiving), he'll be stunned long enough for you to slam a clip of lead into his settling bottles.

It might take two clips, so make sure you bail out when you have to reload, or when he gets up. He's not in a good mood when he does, and his electric gun will slam you down, hard.

Easiest on recruit, as common sense would dictate. You won't have a problem with this one in the end.
