Today I did some deadlifts that would have simulated the lifts I would have done had I competed in Philly as scheduled. Worked up to 900 and stopped. Felt pretty good but also felt a slight tweak and decided to stop. I'm finally learning!!! Haha lol. But seriously, it was nothing big, just don't wanna leave anything to chance. Felt good today even tho I had been traveling a ton. OX's Hydro really kicked in and helped push me to another level!
