200 ml warm water
200 ml of warm milk
2 tablespoon of sugar.
8g dry yeast.
mix well
100 ml vegetable oil.
1 egg.
mix all ingredients well.
5 cups all purpose flour (600g)
1 teaspoon of salt
stir well until you form a dough.
continue kneading with your hands.
Divide into 6 equal parts.
shape the dough into balls.
cover and leave for 20 minutes.
Roll out the dough as thinly as possible.
Lubricate with vegetable oil
