The 6th World Social Marketing Conference was held on June 3 - 6, 2019 in Edinburgh. It featured speakers from the Scottish Government, Public Health England, The Cabinet Office, Rare and Rescue as well as presenters from UNICEF, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, USAID, the UN Ocean Survey and many more! The Conference focuses on the use and communication and marketing strategy in tackling many social issues topics including environmental protection, safety, tobacco, obesity, disease prevention, sexual health, drugs and alcohol. Over 300 social marketers from 35 countries attended WSMC 2019.
