Multiple explosions hit a Jehovah Witness Convention in Kalamassery area of Kerala’s Ernakulam district on Sunday morning, killing one person and injuring 36 others. Witnesses said multiple blasts went off at a convention centre where the event, for which 2,000 people had gathered, was going on. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan Kerala termed the incident as “unfortunate” and “serious”.
