United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (Vienna), 12 March 2009 - Bolivian President Evo Morales, chewing on a coca leaf, urges the Commission on Narcotic Drugs to decriminalize coca production and remove coca from the UN list of banned substances, because the raw ingredient for cocaine in itself is "not a drug" but a traditional medicine.
