Did you know that not all tribes in East Malaysia celebrate Hari Gawai? 🤯 The Lun Bawang people have their own harvest festival called Irau Aco.
Tim and Amanda also mention that it’s a common misconception for Malaysians to think Lun Bawangs are Chinese!
“They would immediately speak Mandarin to us and we won't know how to reply” 😅
