The newest version of this wonder oven has all the same great cooking features with a few exciting additions and a user interface similar to the tablet computers that have also become an indispensable part of our lives. One of the most interesting design changes is the removal of oven handle, now the oven can be opened with just a touch to the control panel, or with the pocket handle that is concealed in the side of the door. For ease of use, a menu of Special Programs with specific functions such as Re-Heating, Defrosting and Proofing is included and each level of humidity is paired with the appropriate temperature which of course can be adjusted as required. Another exciting feature is the full surface grill that can be used for crisping or for providing additional browning. We have always loved the Combi Steam oven and find that these new features give us even more reasons to enjoy cooking with it every day.
