We welcome 1,474 new Broncos into the Santa Clara University family this fall! Though we can’t be on campus, we send a virtual hello to 1,275 first-year students + 199 transfer students. Of our new students, 110 of them have siblings who are also Broncos; 122 have a parent who graduated from Santa Clara; and 27 have a grandparent who graduated from Santa Clara. The Class of 2024 represents 37 states, Washington, D.C., Guam, and 30 world regions.

51% of the Class of 2024 identify as students of color, as the University continues to build an inclusive, diverse community.
We welcome our largest group of transfer students in history after a 30% increase in transfer applications! Our transfer students range in age from 11 to 50 years old. They represent 9 states, Puerto Rico, and 8 world regions. They are coming from 101 different universities, colleges, and community colleges.
