A very old Holland Delft Tobacco Humidor. You see this design often reproduced today with much lighter blue decoration, on a white background. The decorations adorning the reproduced pieces are not nearly as detailed or as attractive as the decor is on this old treasure..
Sometime in this quaint antique's past it was miss handled and broken into many pieces. Fortunately, rather then being sent to the trash, it was lovingly glued back together and today is still treasured by it's owner for it's memories and it's old world charm, despite it's loss of monetary value due to the damage.
