UK's new prime minister Keir Starmer has said he wants to reset his country's relationship with the European Union, after eight years of acrimonious Brexit negotiations. But, getting concessions out of Brussels may prove more difficult. The response from Brussels so far has been lukewarm at best, with limited appetites to re-enter yet another round of negotiations.
