Holly Blue Agate manages/supervises the Quartz Gems at Pink Diamond's human. Agates terrify, they watch over other gems. So what are the odds that Peridot's mageger was another type of Agate? Not a Holly Blue Agate, since Peridot's from Yellow Diamond's court and she's a more technological gem... plus there's many different Agates in real life. Amethysts and Jaspers don't look the same or have the same names, but they are both still Quartzes. Agates have different names and look different, but are all still Agates. Peridot's manager was an Agate, but an Agate more suited for Peridot's style of work. Gem Heist was the first time we saw an Agate, and we also saw finger-screens again in that episodes. The finger-screens were very similar to Peridot's limb enhancers. Maybe there's a connection between the two? Of course this is just a speculation.
