How to Fix "Windows 10 Critical Error Start Menu Isn't Working"

I had a ticket this week at work that was a pain to get through because i kept getting this critical error in windows 10 that was affecting the start menu. The error tells you to sign out and windows will try to fix the critical error the next time you sign it, but when you sign out and sign back in, the error still persists.

I was able to fix this windows 10 critical error start menu isnt working problem by entering the following command into powershell with admin access:

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $($_.InstallLocation)AppXManifest.xml}

just copy that and right click in powershell and it will paste. Press enter to run it, restart your file explorer task in task manager, and try to click the start button then. the windows 10 critical error should resolve. If it did not there are other options shown in the video for you to try as well.
