Myanmar's State Counselor Aung San Suu Kyi will arrive in Beijing on Wednesday for an official visit at the invitation of Chinese Premier Li Keqiang. The three-day trip makes her the first leader from Myanmar to visit China since the new government was formed in late March. China is Myanmar's top trading partner, and a key source of investment. To boost regional economic development, China has launched multiple cooperative programs in the region.
