Lee Cooper at his finest notching tubes in minuets. There are plenty of different ways to notch tubes. The simplest is method is with a hack saw and a file, but this is time consuming and not very repeatable. You could also notch tubes using a lathe, which is repeatable and quick, but you need a lathe. My favourite way is just as Lee has show, by grinding them. There are commercial tube grinders out there but I love the fact that Lee has made his own tool. A proper sign of someone who knows what he is doing.
