The most useful part of the Sentencing Guidelines App is the use of Favourites for managing a Court listing or a number of Offences for clients. To find things quickly use the Search function, entering part of an Offence description or Act of Parliament to quickly find the relevant offence, or use the AZ, Offence Group or Act Index ordering to browse the Magistrates' Court Sentencing Guidelines indexes. There's a Favourite pop-up on the bottom App menu and on the Offence Viewer page, so you can jump between Offences quickly. To make an Offence (or any index entry) a Favourite just tap the star adjacent to the Offence in the Index, on the Search results page or the Offence viewer page.

You can also export and import your Favourites and Notes. Create a typical Motoring, Adult or Bucket Court Favourites and import these when you are sitting that type of Court. You can save & manage these exported Favourites to your PC via iTunes as well as uploading your own resources into the My Documents page of the App.
