The culprit of the coolant leak on the Excursion was the EGR cooler hose! The original EGR cooler hose was pre installed and it was modified with a worm clamp... we replaced with the revised EGR cooler hose and now we're leak free!
The oil cooler was also flushed while we had the EGR cooler apart.
