Making eggs in the waffle machine. You could have scramble eggs but this morning we were in a hurry to make food. Everyone was hungry and the stove top was full of other foods cooking. Noticing the waffle machine was empty and still hot from making waffles we had the great idea of frying eggs in the machine. It turned out very well.It is tough to keep the kitchen, waffle iron, stove top clean while cooking breakfast for eight kids all at the same time.
