Instant Masoor Dosa!!!
No soakings, boiling and fermentation required🤌🏻
It tastes so satisfying and need just 10 minutes to make!
Ingredients:
1 cup raw Masoor Daal
2 Carrots
5-7 cloves of garlic
3-4 Dried Red Chillies
Salt to taste
Oil
Procedure:
1. Grind together- Dal, Carrot, Garlic, Red Dried Chillies with about 3/4th of water. The consistency should be medium (neither too thick nor too thin)
2. Add salt to taste, the smell is to die for🤤
3. Clean the pan by sprinkle some water on hot pan & wipe it off with a tissue or half cut onion and spread out the batter evenly on the pan.
Cook it with oil/ghee
