The 35-year-old index patient was Grade II on the Norwood Hamilton scale of baldness and it was expanding in the crown area. He came to us for the hair restoration process and we gave him 3600 grafts for his procedure. All of the donor grafts were extracted from the back scalp donor area. The hairline zone received 600 singles. We kept the fronto- temporal angles maintained keeping the future in mind.
After 9 months, when he came to us, he had an impeccable hairline and he had a great density. The crown was, as expected, a little thinner in the center because that is where the hair radiates from.
We have advised him to continue taking the medications so that the baldness does not progress any further.
