South Sudan's cabinet has unanimously approved the deployment of 4000 more UN troops. Government says the UN is now free to bring in its peacekeepers at any time. South Sudan's cabinet announced its decision after a meeting chaired by President Salva Kiir. Previously, government had raised concerns over the deployment of more peacekeepers. But Juba now says that's been addressed following the formation of a joint technical committee. For months now, the stand-off between South Sudan and the United Nations has caused concerns. The date for deploymend has not been set yet, but he UN has welcomed cabinet's decision.
