California Attorney General Xavier Becerra announced Tuesday he will not file criminal charges against the officers who shot and killed Stephon Clark. Becerra announced the California Department of Justice’s findings at a news conference in Sacramento. Becerra's announcement comes days after Sacramento County District Attorney Anne Marie Schubert said that her office would not pursue criminal charges against the two officers who shot and killed Clark.
