****The crime? Pulled over for sounding his horn to warn Sgt Jepcott over his own manner of driving. The driver was ticketed but no offence was commited if the discussions are anything to go by ****
A recent video was shared by Crimebodge showing Sergeant 2343 Jephcott of Dorset Police, totally losing the plot with a driver he had pulled over for a minor road traffic offence of a car being a different colour to that which came back on PNC.
They say a leopard never changes its spots, a second video has recently surfaced showing Sgt Jeohcott operating under the same modus operandi, his conduct in my opinion discredits Dorset Police and is very much a reputational risk.
Before this video surfaced, Sgt Jephcott it was confirmed was going to be subject to "management action" which usually means getting called to a meeting and told not to do it again, in any event this video should call into question whether there are some deep rooted psychological issues at play here?
Its clear that Sgt Jephcott's interactions with members of the public, fall well below the standard of what is expected of a careful and competant police officer.
Like this video and comment if now is the time that Dorset Police make an example of this police officer to safeguard the general public.
Please share any footage you have, we need to talk about this police officer, there will no doubt be others that have suffered at the hands of Sgt Jephcott's roadside manner.
