Tectonic composition:
1.Forced feeder: Forced feeder consists of tapered hopper, feed-in port and etc. The tapered hopper uses helical vanes and mixing cutter tooth to degas and pre-compress the materials fed by weighing filling machine, thus materials are consistently and evenly supplied to briquette machine under a certain level of pressure. The motor of forced feeder use frequency control to change speed and the speed is determined according to the working condition of the flaking machine. Based on the working condition of the briquette machine, we can feed materials to the briquette machine quantitatively, consistently, evenly and adjustably.
2.Extrusion part: Dry powder material enters into two parallel pairs of rolls by screw pre-loading, the rolls rotate relatively, and the material is forced into the gap between the two rolls. The rolls bite the material into the gap for forced compression. After the material passes through the compression area, the surface tension and gravity of the material make it come out naturally.
Conveying part: The stripped spherical material can be directly dropped on the belt conveyor under the roll, and then transported to the screening machine for screening, which can reduce the powder produced by collision to the greatest extent and improve the output of finished products. Email List:
