Lord Mahavir Jayanti was organized in the presence of Acharya Lokeshji and the dignitaries of the assembly members in the California State Assembly in which prominent representatives of Jain community from different parts of America like San Francisco, Fremont, Milpitas, Sonhoje, Sacramento etc. were present.

Acharya Lokeshji, founder of Ahimsa Vishwa Bharti and World Peace Center, while addressing the function, said that the philosophy of Lord Mahavir is more relevant in the present times, solutions to many global problems are found in it. This is the reason why today in the State Assembly of America Mahavir Jayanti has been organized, This is a historical day in the history of Jainism.
