We dealt with the WORST seller when buying this condo for Jon. The property was vacant for months because the seller did not "need the money". After long, drawn-out negotiations we got Jon Goldrath a great deal on a prime piece of property that was hard to find and harder to close on. It was very rewarding to make this happen for him buying his first piece of Chicago real estate.

When I first moved the city, I found I find it difficult to find an apartment or work with a real estate agent that I thought was kind of looking out for my best interests rather than just trying to hurry the process along. And once I found Johnny, I just stuck with them for years without found me on my last four rentals. And when it came time to buy a new car, John, this made the process really simple. I had some really specific focuses.

I was looking for a one bedroom, something with a huge outdoor space, like a rooftop patio terrace of some sort and the kind of few and far between. So I figured if anybody could find a junket, I think we saw a lot of them. And this one just stood out by far. We narrowed it down to nine condos and then went to look at them all. When we went to go check out the different properties, we had to deal with so many different real estate agents with so many different personalities that it was kind of overwhelming.

As I was going through this process and looking at different properties, I was constantly being bombarded by questions from other realtors and I really just didn't want to deal with it. And having Johnny serve as the intermediary and handle those questions for me really made the process much simpler. So even once I did find the place that I wanted, I don't know, the process was a pain in the cellar.

It's still making the process extremely difficult, constantly delaying things in other contingencies or additions and crazy times in terms of when we would see the place, there would always be Chouteau is have to show up in person and never let the real estate agent just show the place herself. Luckily, I didn't have to deal with any of that. Johnny took care of all of it for me. In the end, we ended up getting the place for less than I expected.

I've seen a lot of places, but I knew exactly what I wanted. I wanted something that was unique, that stood out that wasn't the same as everything else available. And not only did Johnny find me that in the end we saw a lot of places that kind of fit the same criteria. John was really good in narrowing down the options. So we were only looking at what interested me and not wasting time with other places that I've seen before.

So even once the process was done, Johnny really did a lot more than just facilitate the real estate transaction. He helped me find my mortgage broker contractors. Real estate attorney movers was right there on the spot to take care of it.
